| Leads are those individuals who are "not yet patients", but hopefully soon to be. CareTrax collects Leads for you via the website Contact Page and via the ChatBot on the homepage. You can also manually add leads for one-off's (e.g. walk-ins). Finally, you can import (or update) larger numbers of Leads that you gathered from advertising campaign or event, for example. "Processing" them means turning them into registered and paying patients. | This is one of the keys of growing your patient base and, if managed properly, can increase month-on-month growth of the overall business. |
